​ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT

Accessibility arrangements in the building

We are a wheelchair accessible, with door frames of 31 inches wide. We are on the 6th floor, however there 4 elevators in the building, so only in an emergency would all 4 be down. Our waiting room has chairs with no arms for size accessibility. In the office there is both one long couch, and 2 arm chairs. For wheel chair accessibility we would move one of the arm chairs out of the way for a more comfortable space. There is not a wheelchair accessible bathroom on the 6th floor, and there are 2 stall bathrooms that can be a bit tight on the 6th floor. However there are wheelchair accessible bathrooms in the basement with plenty of space and can be easily accessed by the counsellor unlocking it for you.

We are located at Granville station which does have an elevator, assuming it is running all fine. There are also a few options for parking on the same block as the office building. If you have any accessibility concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact me. I always strive to make my spaces as accessible as possible, and although some things are out of my control, I try my hardest to continue to advocate for accessibility!
